Abstract

The method of novel packed column modified by metal organic frameworks combing with surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy was established based on the high specific surface area and excellent adsorption properties of metal organic frameworks.A novel packed column with enhanced Raman signal function was prepared by metal organic frameworks combined with conventional chromatography silica gel.Then,in-situ detection was used to identify the adulteration of Chinese medicinal materials. Two dyes in dyed Croci Stigma were successfully detected by established method. The results show that the method of novel packed column-surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy can be used to detect the dyed Chinese materials. In addition, the method has been proved to be simple, fast and sensitive, and has a wide application prospects.
